There's a big bump on my Tom chest

Hello I was wanting to know if anyone has ever seen this happen and is it OK to eat still

A bump that warmer than the rest of the bird normally means that there is an infection. The body will war that area up so it can get over the infection a little bit better, however is not always a good sign.
I originally thought "breast blister" when you said that it was a bump on his chest, but since it is soft, then it can not be a breast blister. I am not really sure what to recommend. Has he been bullied recently? Maybe bit or stung by a bug? Can you see anything wrong with it at all other than that it is big, warm and soft?

Essentially, as long as you have not gave him medicine, it should be OK to eat. However, it would be very unappealing to eat the area with the infection just because it is undesirable. When cooked to the proper temperature, all bacteria should be killed. The breast is the prime meat on a turkey, so I would not consider him selling quality.

This is the picture. I did not see the picture. Could it be a cyst? My friend had a dog get something very similar like this on her dog's face.

I got a syringe and was trying to drain it it's a clear and has blood in it so on that note I'm going to try to drain it all the way anyone thoughts
