There's something wrong with my rooster please help!!!!!!!!

This is my 2 and a half year old rooster Maverick. He has a weird bald spot on his back.
He's super weak and he can't stand on his right leg but there is no injury visible but he can't stand on it. He is super lousy!

He's also super tired and hasn't had much to eat or drink that I'm in the past few hours as far as I know

and he can barely hold up his head

Get him drinking some water with electolytes or a bit of sugar, 1 tsp per cup. Is he overheated? Get him into a cooler shady spot. Do you have other roosters? Could he have been attacked by a predator? His feather s may have been pulled out by chicken or a dog, hawk, raccoon, or other predator.

he's not overheated, I have him inside right now

We do have another rooster but it doesn't look like he was attacked It looks like he's sick.

There's no damage to the pen or any of the other chickens, so I think it had to be one of the other chickens that pulled out his feathers.
