Thermo / Hygrometer Suggestions

Hey we are new to hatching, we just hatched our first batch and had 7 of 8 hatch and are 2 days old and zooming like crazy!! Can you guys give me suggestions on accurate thermometer/ hygrometer that you trust to go into your incubators? Thanks in advanced
