I use those round glass tube aquarium thermometers. When I came home today I checked on the incubator and noticed that one of my thermometers had got caught in between the turner and broke. Will this contaminate my eggs?

Is it mercury or alcohol? Alcohol can just be wiped up and you can ventilate the incubator for a few minutes. Mercury will be much more involved.

right alcohol won't be detrimental but mercury would be a big problem. I think most thermometers these days are alcohol though

I would guess alchohol because it is red.It has little metal looking balls in it.

You have nothing to worry about. You had an alcohol thermometer with non-toxic metal weights in it to keep it immersed in an aquarium.
