Thermometer/Hygrometer - Which ones work?

I just got a Hovabator, and am now on the hunt for a good Thermometer/Hygrometer. What thermo/hygros have worked the best for you as far as accuracy? Which ones are junk?

They all seem to be pretty much the same, I don't like to spend a ton but most are reasonable. I bought a couple of Springfield Therm/Hygr combo's and just calibrated them, now all is as it should be.

I have a thermometer/hygrometer combo from Radio Shack that I've been pleased with.
It has calibrated anywhere between 0-3% off on the hygrometer and the thermometer has been spot on.
I even bought a Brinsea Spot Check thermometer which is spot on too.
