I know how you feel! I live in Houston. Try feeding them some watermelon, cold. It really cools them down, they love it.

That's what we do. Sometimes we chop up some frozen grapes.

Very cool! Thanks y'all! The hens seem to be doing much, much better today. We fed them unwanted corn from the farmer's market and mixed greens. I am making a watermelon drink for my family today, so the rinds and random hunks of watermelon will be going to the chickens.
