Hello everyone, I have a GQF 1588 Hova-bator. I am having issues with the temp matching up to my other hygro-thermometer thermometer. I want to me sure I am ok with a .8 degree difference. My hygrometer is a extech hyro thermometer 445715. What are your views on both. The humidity is almost 10 % lower with GQF then the other.

Divide the difference and hatch some eggs----then you will know which way to go if not right on it. With chicken eggs---Put them in your warm/ready incubator--then tomorrow at the same time will be day 1. Next day at the same time will be day 2, etc. If your eggs start pipping on late day 20 and even a early one or few hatch on late day 20 and all the rest hatch(that are going to hatch) on day 21---your temp is Perfect. Adjust if a little to early or a little to late.
