My Radio Shack doesn't make the grade...off 2-3 degrees and the humidity didn't pass 22% in a steam room....I use a Helix DBS1000 for accurate temp readings...and it is very accurate.
And I called Accurate up and they said their units are within industry standards....2 degrees....
Perhaps we put to much on accuracy trying to reach that 100% Hatch
