Quick question.... Digital vs Bulb.
While setting up bators I noticed the digital thermometer was reading about 5 degrees less then bulb in same incubator. Last few hatches with Digital thermometer were dismal to say the least. Thought I'd get some opinions, if any, about Digital vs Bulb

I have both in my incubator so I'm not much help.

It's easier to check the accuracy of the bulb. You can put it in ice water and read 32*, put it in your mouth and read 98-99, and put it in boiling water and read 212*s,( be sure it does not touch the pan, hold it in the water only). Easier to read the digital, so check the calibration of the bulb, then compare it to the digital and use it for referance. ..........stan
