can get a water heater thermostat to cut off when i want, but can't seem to get it to cut on when i need it to. already drilled holes in it

Temp ranging from 96 to 100.6. Will those temps be ok to incubate in??

4 Degree swing is a lot. Is your incubator still air or forced?

I have two fans. One blowing through the light on to the stat and the other at the top blowing towards the wall down.

I got up this morning to find it ranging from 96.5 to 99.9....better??
