Thermostat

What thermostat do you use? I got a cheapie one from Lowe's and it is just not keeping the temperature in range. It turns off at 102 and on at 95. I am looking for a new one before I try hatching again.

I just hatched some out of my old sears incubator that I just changed the waffle thermo out for the incubator warehouse 225 incu kit. It works great I ran it over three weeks before I put eggs in it is great all digital no guessing
