couldn't the tan ones be buff plymouth rocks? that would explain why your friend thought they were the same breed. barred plymouth rock= buff plymouth rocks. and what about the rooster, what breed is he?

Yes that is what I meantNo lol i think CCCCCCCCCCCChickens meant there are no such things as orange barred rocks. Also the orange or tan ones look like buff orpingtons.
