These ducks look rough! Any insight or advise??

Nostril deep water for cleaning and adequate feed will work miracles. Did you voice sex them prior to purchase? I'm not certain that they are hens.

They were both very vocal quackers and didn't sound anything like our male so I assumed female. Are there any tell tell male markings I should look for? I don't even know what breed the blue / grey one is.

No, I mostly have barnyard ducks. I have one welshie but I'm too attached to her.

I sure do like the blue bill, what breed has that color bill? And why does one appear to have only fraction of blue on it's bill?

They are doing really well. Everyone was right, sinus cleared right up with the proper access to water. Unfortunately one of them is a drake and he will have to be taken back and swapped for another female. Hate to do that, but I already have a drake and no room for a separate pen.

Any advise on picking a new female? Where I got them, they are all housed together. I wonder if getting one that's a few months older would be ok with the other two?

Should be ok. Don't get too old as they aren't reliable layers after about 3. Unless its companion and not needs for eggs. Which one was the drake brown or black?
