These two have me stumped

Hi folks,
Two of my chicks have me stumped. According to my memory, they’re about 16 weeks old. How does time go by so fast?!
This one’s a RIR. The comb just seems larger than the rest. Late developer?

Cukoo Marans. To me the comb says male, but I wanted a second opinion.

Both pullets. RIR's are known for their huge combs and wattles even on the girls. Here is an example my 1 year old RIR hen with large wattles and comb
