These were supposed to be Black Australorps... are they?

This is what my black australorp chicks looked like. pretty sure you got bamboozled or the breeder grabbed the wrong eggs....

Thanks everyone, I had a feeling they definitely weren't. Needless to say I've sent the 'breeder' a very annoyed message as he told me he was meticulous with his eggs and they were definitely pure bred Australorps.
We have had issues with him from the start, we found out after purchasing that he had stored them in the fridge for a week :he And then out of the 36 eggs he sold us only 8 were fertile.... so needless to say we are extremely pissed off right now!

Lucky these little guys are so adorable, but we really wanted Australorps so looks like we'll have to try again with a different breeder. I will update this post with a photo once their feathers come in.
They are super cute chicks anyway!😍
Unfortunately we see a lot of stories like yours on BYC, there are unscrupulous people everywhere.
 
Here are some closer photos of the three of them. Not sure if the black one is an Australorp either, it only has a small white patch under it's bum, the rest of it is completely black
