A little update. My computer went on the fritz. So I'm at the library. My first set of eggs (9 Black Stars) all hatched

My second set of eggs RIR's all but 2 hatched. So all in all I think that was a good first time. I kept my humidity at or near 40% for the first 18 days. On ocasion I would let it go down to 25%. On day 18 I raised it to 65%. My temp stayed at 99-101 degrees. I turned 3-5 times a day. For something that cost me nothing to build or very little it worked great.

great job mate...i screwed up on the humidity with hatch one...only got 2/5 hatch...im doing better this time round....im going to keep the humidity between 40-50% until day 18 and then inc to 65 as you did.

I've never really seen baby Black Sex Links. That I know of. So, since they are sex-link which color is the male and which one is the pullet? Just wondering.
