WELL THE POST OFFICE CALLED TODAY ABOUT NOON AND I WENT AND PICKED UP MY CHICKS FIRST TIME I EVER DONE THIS I FIGURE A COUPLE DEAD...BUT NO THEY SENT ME 53 RIRS I ORDERED 50RIRS ALL OF THEM WERE ALIVE AND IN THE BEST CONDITION EVER....HERE ARE SOME OF THE PICS I TOOK OF THEM....HERE THEY ARE JUST CHILLIN

I did lose the extra turkey they sent, tho. He was constantly peeping from the time I got him and died after a week. Eating and drinking fine, I just think he had something wrong.

Just got my order from cackle on wed. I ordered 15 of the deleware hampshire x and was expecting to have losses due to the recent cold but they all arrived with one extra. I dont know if the extra is a peanut or not but it looks the same as the rest other than having been marked on top of the head. These are my/our first birds btw.

Cute-- you got some really cutie pie shots! I ordered from Cackle as well but since they're only 1 1/2 hours away from me, my daughter and I are taking a "field trip" next Monday to go pick them up instead of shipping. I'll have to tell them they''re getting good reviews. I like that they're an old family business.

they are rhode island reds...i was worried it was my first time ordering chicks all the bad things were going through my head but then the post office called and i could here them through the phone .....they are already jumping around like crazy now were going to go ahead and built yet another chicken house just for them we already have 3 for all my others going to enjoy them growing up over the next few months or years actually......thanks every body for the comments
