Well they are certainly growing no doubt 4 weeks

They are certainly bigger than my layers were at this age

Those are the red broilers from Ideal? Oh do keep us posted! We talked about doing those in the spring! I HAVE to know how it goes! Yours look so healthy and fat already!

We like the idea that they seem to be easier to manage. Could you share a little more on how it's going and your management and such with me? I love your tractor for them - would you could you get a picture of the door for me? That's the part where I always get it all jumbled up and turn a great little tractor into a hot mess of zip ties and bungy cords...I want to make us some new ones this week for the broilers that DON'T require me opening a maze of strapping to get in and out.

The roos are kind of agressive. Pretty colors, some are even speckled. Wonder if they go back to Speckled Sussex somehow? They have some thunder thighs and weigh more then they look like they would when you pick them up. Not much breast but big thighs!

Well the little critters are certainly growing no doubt they are now 6 weeks not cornish x size but certainly getting some size.

if they were x's they would almost be done at this point
