Back in April I recieved eggs from Jody and Charlie. I hatched 6 pullets and 2 roos.

At the same time I hatched the same from Chris.

Only the roos were 1 blue and 1 splash.

Just days shy of 23 weeks the buffs are starting lay.

Woo hooo! These girls are in with BigRed my flaming red orp roo. Fertility rules at MP's coop!

The Blue girls???

Not one egg yet.

Thank you. Red is gorgeous. Side by side he is bigger than Mosby my Blue orp roo. I am hoping for nice babies from him and these girls.

What a gorgeous regal rooster! He looks like he knows it, too. Those blues are so pretty and quite intriguing...I've gotta get some next time around.

Abosolutley fantastic looking rooster, when put with those orp's the chicks will be stunning.

Ok, forgive the stupidity.....
but what type of chick are you looking to get when you cross BigRed with the buff orps? I am not good at all that scientific stuff, lol.
