My suggestion as well, crack a couple eggs and see if you have fertility. It would be unusual if they were not, but of course you never know.
I know it is not recommeded to leave eggs more than a week, but I have hatched eggs up to 21 days old with great hatchability and did not turn the eggs in that time. As a matter of fact my neighbor brought about three dozen eggs for me to set. she had left the eggs on her front steps in a basket for about 3 weeks and I had a 90% hatch with them. I am not recommending this of course, but If you have the ability to gather them there is not much risk in setting older eggs.
