between the tiller and the lawn mower. My chickens know exactly what the tiller does, presents them with more bugs than they could ever imagine and they follow behind it with great enthusiasm and quite frankly can make a nuisance of theirselves when I am tilling the garden.
Well yesterday was their first experience with the lawn mower (they are usually confined to their run by the time the grass needs cutting for the first or last time) as I decided to mulch leaves, they followed me around and around and around the yard and I must say they had quite the look of disappointment on their faces and in their body language as they didn't find a single bug.
