They hatched please help questions ?

My chicks are hatching. the first two were fine. Well ones legs are spread completely out and can't really walk do you know why ? Also there is some chicks that have the egg sack and there is a little hike in the center of it and its bleeding. Will they be Ok ? what causes this ? like every one that's left is like that ? once one had dried it was fine ? Anything I can do ? Also there is a lot of blood ? when they come out of the egg ! thanks so much for all your help.

The chick that is having issues standing up may have Spraddle legs - - -it is normally tied to them being placed on newspaper after they hatch . . .
