They have arrived!

Here are the pics I’ve promised for a week.
These are the Golden Comets, the top one is Pete the second is currently unnamed.

Here are 3 RIR and 2 Speckeled Sussex. At this point I can’t really tell the difference. I think I know the 2 Speckeled Sussex but I’m not sure.

I think these 2 are the Speckeled Sussex. The top one is the largest, and has been since arrival, it’s name is Fluff. The second is still unnamed.

I think these 3 are the RIR but I have no clue. The top 2 are unnamed the 3rd was named today.

This last one is the smallest so I’ve named it Runt, I believe it’s an RIR.

I was warned it would happen and I knew it would eventually but it finally happened. I knew it would be soon and they were jumping and they glide pretty well. It happened yesterday, my sister called me freaking out saying one had escaped. The other chicks were frantic and my wife’s cat was just laying on top of the brooder watching it. It had jumped out of the box and squeezed through the bars from the dog cage. Here is the solution. They’re out of the box now since they can escape so they have the whole thing to roam around in.
