Ok so I feel like I am traumatizing the little girl trying to make and put a shoe on her tiny little feet. I suck at this. It almost seems like her outside two toes are broken. She is not walking on the outside of her foot but rather the middle knuckle. Anybody got any good shoe suggestions. I tried like the video that was posted earlier in the thread but it is hard to open her foot, keep it open and put a shoe on without fingers in the way

Maybe some thin cardboard like a shoe box or a vegetable freezer box? I think she needs a shoe to be corrected with out a life long problem. I wish I was there to help.

That's what i was concerned about! Little duckies don't like us to mess with their tiny feet! - Ducks don't like it too…
What i did with Daisy, was i cut out a triangle from those flimsy white DollarStore plastic bins that had roughly the size of a duckling foot, cut off one spike, so you get a trapezoid. Then i just used duct-tape to tape it to her foot. It fell of after a few days by itself and her foot was better.

we are going to try that tomorrow. Looks way better than what we were trying to do

My goose oinks like fingernails on a chalkboard.
I've often considered purchasing a few geese just to prove to my neighbors that our chickens and ducks aren't as loud as they think they are. Then again, there will be some peacocks at the next local chicken swap :lau
