I have four little chicks, a little over two weeks old, and they peep constantly, scratching, chasing each other and stretching their wings and hop/flying around the brooder. They seem to eat, drink and take power naps to do it all over again. I am taking it all as a sign that they are happy and content.

This afternoon I read this post and thought "hmmm...mine must be quiet." They seem to keep regular 'nap' times and then settle at night. UNTIL NOW! It's 1:15am and the little boogers are singing so much I thought something must be wrong...but I checked and they're out there having a blast. Silly little chickens!

My 6 girls party way too much! Our poor cats are missing so many beauty naps that they are getting turkey necks!
