Quail don't take to change well. Moving will often cause them to stop laying for a couple weeks. If they don't start up again by then, start looking for other sources of stress, such as a predator hanging around.

Sudden changes in lighting.. especially reduction, if there is a difference.. will also make a huge difference in egg production.

I changed the bedding in mine and they packed up laying for a week. They can be very particular

Give them a couple of weeks, they'll probably return back to normal.
