Dang, I just can't believe I now belong to the elite society of quail owners. Been trying to practice drinking tea with my pinkie sticking out, but keep sticking it up my nose! lol

I guess a pinkie up your nose could be problem. Sounds like you may want to skip that step!

thats a great first hatch. you should look into a quail fount for the water it's just a "mason jar" fount with a narrower trough and they should only run you 2-3$ ea. that way they have a whole quart of water before you have to refill.
