They're crowing!

A couple of my boys are crowing. It is so hilarious to hear "3-combs"(brahma) sound off so bold and loud and then he's followed by "Slick" (Wyandotte)and he has such a sickly weak crow. We get a kick out of the competition!

I just love the young boys crow! I have a Maran...I think he is about 17 weeks. His crow is so soft...and almost feminin (sp) I have 2 RIR mix that can really belt it out....and my banty sounds like a toy. Now the Polish.....wow, that boy can sing! I just love the competition in the morning....waiting on my other roos to join in soon!

I have two australorp roos – not crowing yet. Does anyone know how loud they crow? I’m afraid my neighbors will come looking for me when they start crowing!

I love to hear the roosters crowing all around where I live every morning, including my own. I can't wait till my youngest, my black Ameraucana, Scout, starts. He's 11 weeks old. You can have squealing brakes, honking horns and loud engines racing, big trucks grinding, ATV's roaring if you want-I'll listen to a hundred roosters crowing over that any day! And the neighbors needn't say a single word to me, either, or we'll just have a little talk about what nuisance noises I've put up with from them for years!un
