They've hatched! *PICS!*

Have you got water in your incubator? you need that to soften the egg shells so the quail chicks can peck out easy.
Thats the mistake i made, they were all fully formed but most dead in the shell because i didnt add enough water to the incubator.
if you've done that, just cross your fingers and wait.

What should my tempt be? The temp right now is 101 - 102
 
Temp for button quail eggs should be around 99.5. They don't do well when it gets higher than 100. I hope they hatch soon! The suspense is killing me!

An egg zipped pretty fast and then once I got all my chores down he still hadn't hatched so after super I went out to check and he had hatched!!!

If it is a still air bator (doesn't have a fan to circulate the air) 101 is a good temp for it to be at.

Hopefully you didn't mess up the rest of the eggs by taking the one baby out

I hope not too, I didn't want to leave the little guy in the bator by himself all night
