Right at two months, or seven weeks, whichever you prefer. How old my friend are they now???
Thanks, I just got those two Runners and mine were about 6 weeks when they started quacking but one was slower than the other. I couldn't remember how old some of them are as I know you can have a late bloomer. So happy he is a she!!! LOLRight at two months, or seven weeks, whichever you prefer.
My two 'blues' were quacking at around three weeks! Thanks, I just got those two Runners and mine were about 6 weeks when they started quacking but one was slower than the other. I couldn't remember how old some of them are as I know you can have a late bloomer. So happy he is a she!!! LOL
Mine are only 2 weeks and I have heard a whistle which means nothing as one of my other fawn and white ones did that and they were both girls. I am just crossing my fingers that they are girls!!My two 'blues' were quacking at around three weeks!
I have 22 ducks, so I think that I could handle 6 drakes (?).Are you going to be able to keep all the drakes?
Beautiful Ducks!!! How did you determine it was a drake for sure?? The sound of it's voice or did it get its drake feather?Number 28 is definitely a drake!
His chest is getting progressively whiter too!
So far, four definite drakes.
Note the 'fin' on the duck to the right.
