Thin chicken falling over

Hello, So she had been eating nutrena layer pellets, buy now she's not so interested in eating the pellets so she's eating veggies and grains and beans. Her crop seems fine, and no sign of lice. I thought the poop was normal but today it was straight water with a green tinge to it. I originally thought she had been being bullied even though she is one of the stronger hens but now I think they were doing it because they can sense she is sick. I added some ACV to her water but I will try to get out and and pick up some save a chick. I don't have any vets near by that see chickens, but Im a vet tech so I could bring in a stool sample and check it myself.
Hi and welcome to BYC :frow We're so happy you've decided to join us:ya I wish it were under better circumstances. BD has already called the cavalry, Ill just ask some questions. How does her poop look? Can you post some pictures? Have you checked for mites and lice? What type of feed is she eating, how about treats?

cooked beans? Do you happen to have a fatty canned fish in oil in the cupboard? If you can get nutri-drench while you're out, I would recommend that as well. I would definitely do a float test, since you can.
