Thin egg shells

I have a old red hen laying very thin shelled eggs. How do I get the shells stronger?

Do you offer oyster shells? Is she on a good layer feed?

They get laying pellets and this one is free range on my front porch. She like dog food too. Shells use to be ok. As she gets older they seem to get weak.

How old is "old?" If she's older even with good feed and oyster shell her reproductive system isn't what it used to be.
