Thin Eggshells

Our eggs from our 3 chickens (just turned a year old!) have started seeming to have pretty thin shells. We do give them oyster shells for calcium in a small feeder that hooks onto the mesh of our run but we wonder if they've been actually eating them. Should we mix the oyster shells in with the feed? What do you suggest?

Yes! I suggest you put the oyster shells in the feed. They'll get more of it since its mixed in their food

Yes give them oyster shells.Also give them some scrambled eggs should help
