thin shelled eggs

Hello,
I have a hen laying eggs and they are easily broken, my husband picked one of her eggs up the other day and it cracked in his hand. Then she has one in her nest and it looks like she stepped on it and it is dented in. Can someone tell me what I can do for her eggs not to be that way. Is there something I can give her to helps her eggs to be stronger?

Boil some eggs, finely crush the eggshells and add it to their feed. You can also provide crushed oyster shells as free choice.

My flock gets crushed egg shell (homemade) and crushed oyster shell for calcium supplement. They prefer egg shell.

You might also want to consider the age of the bird. Older birds may have issues that supplements cant fix.
