Thin silkie!

So I have 2 silkies, they eat and run and play but at the end of the day they dont have full crops. They dont seem to eat the feed. They will eat grapes, scratch, bread and grass. They are (to me) thin. Why wont they eat? Or at least eat more? Like I said, perfectly normal, just wont fill their crops. What can I do? Can they be sick?
