Under the "things I just don't get" category:

Why do people want brownies with crispy corners? (Can you tell I have been looking at the cyber sale ads)


What do you "Not get"?

And why crispy corners on brownies? I avoid the "edge" cuts.

The extra chewy edges are my favorite part.

I consider myself a professional brownie eater :

The middle pieces are the best. Edges are saved until last.
And when I get to the corners, I need new brownies.

A few of my kids love the middle pieces, so I feel no remorse in cutting just the edges of the brownies for myself and leaving them the whole middle of the pan.
