think I got a cockrel chick instead of a pullet

No all chicks are alike. It could just be slower to develop, or a day or two younger than the others. Will be interesting to see how it develops, but its really just a waiting game. If that one starts to get a larger/red comb than the others around 4-8 weeks I would worry. Hens done get red in their combs until they are ready to lay.
 
I've got him, or her, banded so I will know but I can tell the difference immediately on who is who so far. I just have a gut feeling on this one I saw pictures of comparisons online and this baby is feathering out like a male would, still way behind the rest, now the others are getting tail feathers and this baby still is working on wings. My friend has had chickens for 40+ years and he thinks it's a boy too. Regardless the feed store was nice enough to replace him for free so really can't complain too much.
