Think I have some mixed breeds

ISA browns are a variety of red sex link. A red sex link is a hybrid of a red rooster over a silver hen. The females are red/gold with white tips and tails, like your birds. The males are silver/white with red only on the wings. The sex is linked to the color, hence the name. They're high production layers of large brown eggs. They'll basically outlay anything but a white Leghorn.
Thank you for the description. My rooster is all red with a little black on his wings and he's growing a white tail. That's good news on the outlaying everything but a leghorn. I was worried that I got meat birds from TSC and they wouldn't be good layers. I've read that if I were to incubate some eggs from them they wouldn't be sex links. What would I end up with?

Yeah, the sex linkage genes are a one time deal. Breeding the sex links just gives you mixed breed birds. If your rooster is a Ranger, you'll lose a good amount of egg production in the next generation, but they'll be a lot meatier. It just depends on what your goals are, meat, eggs, or both.

Here is a better picture of my roster and a curious hen. He's colored about the same as the hens. Red body with white wing tips and tail.
