Those are both sex-link pullets

They're really nice birds, not nearly as flighty as leghorns. Biggest difference is they'll lay brown eggs, not white.

they look like my gold comets (sex link). they have an awful lot of white on them though, like the roos i have. my female has mostly brown.

I agree Golden Comets...they are really good layers and sweet birds. You'll like them a lot better than the leghorns!

They look like my golden comets. They are very sweet and great layers of big brown eggs and lay double yolks frequently.

They look like golden sexlinks to me, but they are def. not leghorns! But you can't lose with a sexlink they got it all, friendly, pretty, excellent egg layer, what else could you want in a chicken!

They look like sexlinks to me too, but I also think there's a lot of white on them to be females.

Red sex-link pullets have mostly brown feathering with some white in there too, while red sexlink cockerels are mostly white with a bit of brown added.

Ummm yeah you were fed a line...those are not leghorns. They look identical to my golden buffs which are hybrid like comets, cinnamon queens etc etc.

They lay early and well usually.
