Think my chicks have worms, what to do?

One of my Cochin chicks pooped on top of a wooded block I had in the run area of the coop. I noticed it had a thread thin, white sqiggly thing moving in it. I'm not sure if it went in after it pooped, or if the chick has worms. No signs of health isuues, and everyone is growing nicely.
I gave yogurt/cayenne pepper to all of them. Today, I added some garlic. Anything else I should do?

Take a stool specimen to a vet, find out exactly what kind of worms your birds have, and treat accordingly.
