Think my hen is dying and I’m not sure of what

I think she’s passed the point of no return to be honest, she’s not walking at all. I put her outside (had to carry her) and she just went to one side…shall I put her down?

Yeah, she will likely be gone by morning it sounds like. I’m so sorry 😢 I just lost one of my sweet pullets and she was in a similar condition and passed away in my arms 😢

Sometimes when they're feeling poorly they like a nice quiet box somewhere dark and warm. You'll know best if it's time to put her down, but you might also be able to make her comfy if she's ready to pass on her own or needs somewhere safe to keep fighting. So sorry.

I posted a few months ago of my poorly hen, she perked up abit after I posted and was back to normal, till nearly 2 weeks now she’s been going backwards and looking poorly. This morning she’s barely opening her eyes, she’s hunched and separated herself from the rest of the flock.
I'm sorry about your hen.

I would get some Permethrin poultry dust and treat her for the mites to at least make her a bit more comfortable.

Looking at your thread posted a few months ago (linked below), I agree with the postings made at that time, that likely she was having some reproductive issues.
I also would say, that this is what's happening with her now. Hens can show signs of improvement with supportive care, only to decline again. Whatever is causing her symptoms never went away, she just temporarily recovered. I've had hens do this. She may rally again or she may not.

Do get her hydrated. Feel for an egg. I'd try getting some calcium into her and see if she's having problems expelling an egg.

If you lose her, send the body for a necropsy to get better answers. If you feel you can do your own informal necropsy then do that. Take a look in her abdomen and at her major organs, you may be able tell a few things. If you do it yourself and wish, post some photos and we'll try to help you with what you see.
