Think they will be okay???

Well I have been having this thought that my egg turner in my bator is for some reason not working. I hear it ticking but the racks dont seem to move. Yesterday was day 5 of incubation.....I took them out of the turner and turned them by hand last night and this morning. Do you think this period of time without being turner will effect the embryos?
