I would have to agree with the others, fix it up. Have you considered just giving them a dirt floor??? I'm not sure where you are located, but, sure wish I could take it off your hands, would love to have it, I also agree with the idea of more chickens

Well we are hatching some babies but not that many!!

I thought about maybe just cutting it in half, because i like the height of it.
