Thinking this a Roo... ??

Red star is the most likely. It's the only hen, out of the options, that would produce that red and white coloring.
Thank you. And she is a little thing.. lol. After I get the pullets merged into the big coop and run and get rid of the extra roosters I will put her in the coop/run that I grew out the littles in and put in a nest box and see if she is indeed producing that egg. Would she give the barred crossed to the Black Australorp?

The red stars are a cross.. what is in the back ground of them typically?

Red stars are typically White Rock hens crossed to Rhode Island Red/Production Red roosters. They usually have dominant white.
The red star did not produce the barred chicks. Those must have come from the Barred Rock or Cuckoo Marans. And since a barred hen can only pass that barring to her male offspring, you can be sure that the barred chicks are male.

The eggs are all the same.. 6 of the same Jumbo size and I got that variety out of them. Do not have more than one hen producing that Jumbo size. Not sure how I got the variety. With the barring on a male assumed the the cuckoo maran was the correct guess on the hen especially since I got a black pullet. But no idea where the black roo and all this red is coming from.

What would the Australorp over EE hen give me? She is shades of brown and red with black markings. Could I have gotten the barred out of that cross? played with a calculator and did not think so.

No. The Easter Egger would not produce a barred chick. The Australorp extended black is dominant over most colorations.
The barring could have only come from a barred hen. And Barred Rocks are just as capable of producing large eggs as the red star. Unless you sit there and wait for each hen to lay, and collect the second she is off the nest, you have no way of being absolutely certain that all of the large eggs are coming from the same hen.

My first eggs hatched May 1 so we are now at 12 weeks and some are crowing. Most I have figured out but not this one. Has bigger comb than pullets but smaller than the others I know are roos. This is out of a Cuckoo Maran hen and a red EE rooster. I had some here on the forum tell me the red shoulders in the EE are a sign of being a roo. Am I correct in thinking this will end up a rooster?
