Third time around Tampa Bay Area Chicken Swap - Saturday, January 28th

I will be bringing a POL Ameruacana/EE that I Have been unable to integrate into my flock. She is black, a quiet bird unless seriously startled by very loud noises or intruders, she defends the flocks territory from squirrels, wild birds, and is a sweetheart.

Misc. starting stuff, waterers, feeders, etc.,.

And Ice as soon as I know how much.

That will be great, but I probably only have room to set up one of each at a time. See you Saturday!

Aww.. She sounds sweet. I'm sure someone will want her.

Yesterday I had a generous donation of a 3 gallon waterer and a $25 gift certificate from Park Feed as prizes for our 'chicken poop bingo'. I will also be contributing a lovely pink pair of rubber 'coop clogs' - they are brand new. I ordered them and they are too big - size 7, but I think they are actually more of a size 8. I'm also going to fill a nice basket full of fresh, colorfull eggs as a prize.

changed my mind, looks like we will be heading to St Pete after all
I'll be bringing some BLRW hens and chicks
and a whole lot more NPIP

How cool is that! We really want to get one or two BLRW chicks, hopefully chicks. Yours are beautiful, how old are your chicks, Nava?

Can't wait until Saturday and I hear the weather is going to be beautiful.

I have a lot of used chain link. Is anyone interested in it? Some of it was brought here during the other swap with the intention of possibly making a run, but I am going to make a taller structure so I don't need. it. About 40 feet of it is what I removed a few weeks ago - it is all 4 feet high. If nobody wants it I will have it hauled away. Just let me know.

I will be bringing stick-on name badges for anyone who would like one. It's nice to put a face to a BYC name and real name.
