Go get that! It won't last. You might think it's too big but you could scale back a bit if needed. You need a friend with a truck and tools. Offer them $75 of your budget. You can pay a fair price for help, then more for set up help.

Thank you, but it doesn't look very well-ventilated to me and I would have to buy a run and just that coop alone is over my budget. My mom said we couldn't raise the budget to more than $150. But thank you anyway!First let me say I have not read every single reply this may have already been stated. But I think you could buy a used one that would be more adequate thin what you have put on here that least the first page or so. Did a quick search on Craigslist and here's one that would probably be money better spent and I believe this is in your general area

150 still leaves no money for the run, and I have no way of transporting it.True about the run.
When you shop on Craigslist people usually take an offer a bit below what they are asking. So if asking 200 they may take 150.
Edit to add, for more ventilation you knock out boards and cover with hardware cloth.
