This coop?

Go get that! It won't last. You might think it's too big but you could scale back a bit if needed. You need a friend with a truck and tools. Offer them $75 of your budget. You can pay a fair price for help, then more for set up help.

I will try to convince my mom to let me reply to that person

First let me say I have not read every single reply this may have already been stated. But I think you could buy a used one that would be more adequate thin what you have put on here that least the first page or so. Did a quick search on Craigslist and here's one that would probably be money better spent and I believe this is in your general area

Thank you, but it doesn't look very well-ventilated to me and I would have to buy a run and just that coop alone is over my budget. My mom said we couldn't raise the budget to more than $150. But thank you anyway!

True about the run.

When you shop on Craigslist people usually take an offer a bit below what they are asking. So if asking 200 they may take 150.

Edit to add, for more ventilation you knock out boards and cover with hardware cloth.

What's your transportation situation?

150 still leaves no money for the run, and I have no way of transporting it.

Yes I agree that's not ideal. I thought the free one sounded better. What's your take on that one?

Tell me what you do have for transportation. Does your mom have a car, SUV, etc.

Is there a family friend with a truck? Do you have a grampa or aunt with tools?
You are in a position to need to figure out all your helpful resources.
