Swap them in the nest for some chicken eggs or golf balls and put the real eggs in your basement in a nice cool corner. Turn them for best hatching. Collect them up until you have a dozen or so, add a new one and remove the oldest one every day. Cook those. If your hen goes broody, add the collected eggs and take away any golf balls.
