Hi everyone! I’m a new duck and chicken mom and knew almost nothing about them when they arrived at 2 days old. I now have 5 ducks (both black and blue Swedish, Silver Appleyard, Rouen, and a Welsh Harlequin) and 7 chickens plus 1 rooster (Cream Legbar, Bantam Mottled Cochin, Bantam Mille Fleur Bearded d’Uccle, Green Queen, Easter Egger, Bantam Porcelain Belgian Bearded d’Uccle, Lavender Ameraucana, and my roo is a Jubilee Orpington). My ducks are 2 and 3 months old, chickens 2 months old.
Looking forward to meeting some of y’all and learning how to be a good bird mom!
