If it was a male, it would have long narrow saddle feathers just in front of the tail.
A pullet has wider feathers with rounded ends in that area.
Your bird has pullet feathers, not male saddle feathers, and not a bare spot.

Also, a male would have larger, redder comb and wattles at that age.

So you have pullet, even if she does stand funny.

Well that’s good news. I’ve got an 8 week old Cream Legbar roo. I’m waiting for another one and a few Cream Legbar Pullets to hatch and sent.
